Demand Generation Marketing Manager
We're looking for a strategic Demand Generation Marketing Manager to build and execute comprehensive campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for Impart Security's Application Protection Platform. You'll own the full funnel from awareness to opportunity creation.
Your Impact
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and accelerate sales cycles
- Establish Impart as a thought leader in the application security space through compelling content and strategic positioning
- Create scalable demand generation programs that support aggressive growth targets
- Build deep understanding of our ideal customer profile and buying journey
Your Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns including digital advertising, content marketing, webinars, and events
- Optimize conversion rates across all marketing touchpoints through continuous testing and analysis
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing qualified leads meet quality standards and conversion expectations
- Manage marketing automation platforms and lead scoring models to improve sales efficiency
- Create compelling visual content and campaigns using Canva for various marketing initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI metrics using HubSpot analytics

What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and meeting/exceeding lead generation targets
- Deep expertise with marketing automation and web platforms (HubSpot, Webflow) and design tools (Canva)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and campaign optimization
- Excellent project management abilities with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Understanding of application security market dynamics and buyer personas
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
