AI Native Engineer
We're seeking a driven AI Native Engineer to rapidly push the boundaries of what's possible with AI at Impart Security. You'll be an entrepreneurial self-starter who combines deep AI tool expertise with security knowledge to continuously enhance our Application Protection Platform through creative AI integration.

Your Core Responsibilities
- Continuously explore and prototype with the latest AI tools, models, and platforms (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Develop rapid testing and validation frameworks to quickly assess new AI capabilities
- Create agentic workflows and automation that streamline security analysis and threat response
- Take initiative to identify opportunities where AI can solve customer pain points or operational challenges
Additional Opportunities
- Lead internal AI adoption by building tools that enhance team productivity across engineering, sales, and marketing
- Represent Impart's AI innovations at conferences and in the security community
- Build relationships with AI companies and researchers to get early access to new capabilities
- Drive AI strategy discussions and influence product roadmap through demonstrated prototypes
What You'll Bring
- 2 years of hands-on experience with modern AI tools and platforms with a proven track record of delivering real value with AI
- Deep familiarity with the latest AI landscape including foundation models, agent frameworks, and emerging tools
- Strong technical foundation with programming skills (Python, JavaScript) and understanding of system architecture
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and how AI can enhance security workflows
- Demonstrated history of taking initiative and driving projects from idea to completion without extensive oversight
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI system optimization
- Track record of rapid prototyping and iterative development with AI technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and move fast in ambiguous situations
